As to the origin of the product it is 100% chinese, as all other scales of this type are alike as two drops of water.. but makes a bit of noise due to the fan. Do not use in a room when it wants to sleep! I chose it to dehumidify a room of 60m3 non-heated (a dependency of the house). I liked : the look - the display of the ambient relative humidity, temperature - the pump and the hose of 5 meters that has the solid look, - the programming very easy and fast via the dedicated buttons +/- to achieve the humidity target, - rollers, well-practices. - The manual indicates that one can evacuate the water through the pump with a gradient up to a height of 4 meters. I didn't like :- the fan continues to run (noisy) and consume 50-75wh after the dehumidifier has reached the humidity target. (therefore manual intervention is necessary to save), - the noise (fortunately in my case not a problem because in a dependency) - the electric cable is much too short (the wire from my electric razor is longer) - delivery chronopost failed to make me return the package because they are fun to smash the cardboard and fix it with a scotch. Mention of the point-relay: "you do not have the right to open to verify that nothing is broken. Either you take it as is or you refuse". In conclusion, I'm happy the feature dehumidification (even if it is not reaching the liters/hours advertised), of the pump, but less than the power consumption of the fan.
